Samadhi Yoga has yoga centres in the heart of Newtown (Samadhi Newtown) and Camperdown (Samadhi Camperdown, formerly The Yoga Factory) in Sydney, Australia. Join us for yoga classes, teacher training programs, special events and guest teacher workshops. We offer yoga classes in a range of styles suitable for all from beginners to advanced students, from restorative yoga to dynamic vinyasa practice and from pregnancy to postnatal classes and workshops.  We are an affiliate Jivamukti yoga studio, and many of our teachers are Jivamukti yoga trained.  Jivamukti yoga is a dynamic vinyasa practice incorporating yogic philosophy, spiritual activism and chanting, emphasising the goal of yoga as liberation!

Chia Seeds ... nature's richest source of Omega-3 and its full of iron!  Now available at Earth Cafe in the luscious form of our brand new 'Warrior Chia Smoothie'. 

We're also thinking of all you raw food lovers and have added a raw green smoothie (we've called it Popeye's Raw Green Smoothie) which contains spirulina, chlorella and wheat grass and is about as healthy as you can get in a glass.  

And if you're newly vego and missing your protein hits try our protein shake the delicious 'Parvati Goddess Smoothie'.  Parvati is a great goddess of love so drinking this smoothie may lead to some unexpected results!  

The Human Society International (www.hsi.org.au) who have two programs particularly close to our hearts here at Samadhi.  The first is about creating wildlife corridors for animals (a topic David Life of Jivamukti Yoga has spoken passionately about).  The second is their petitioning around food labelling to reveal ingredients which are produced in an inhumane way.
